Refund policy

We want you to love your Sloosh. If something's not right, we've got you covered with free, hassle-free returns within 30 days.


30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Sloosh product for a full refund. We'll cover the return shipping cost β€” no hidden fees, no restocking charges, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

Starting a return takes about 60 seconds:

  1. Email us at support@sloosh.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack your item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
  4. Get refunded as soon as we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@sloosh.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Sloosh arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don't worry β€” we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Email support@sloosh.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or short video of the issue

We'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund β€” your choice.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item (for a different color, for example) is to:

  1. Return your original item for a full refund using the steps above.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

This way, you don't have to wait for us to process the exchange manually.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, here are a few things to check before reaching out:

  1. Check your bank account again β€” refunds can take a few business days to post.
  2. Contact your credit card company β€” there's often processing time before a refund appears on your statement.
  3. Contact your bank β€” there's typically some processing time before a refund officially posts.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@sloosh.com ASAP with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves our warehouse.

If your order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once it arrives.
