3. Products & Pricing

Product information

We do our best to display our products, colors, and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear in real life. Slight variations are normal.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of any product
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.

Errors

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order and refund any amount charged
  • Contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If you don't receive one within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Installment options may be available through Shop Pay for qualifying orders.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The information you've provided is accurate

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

Order changes & cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order before it ships by emailing support@sloosh.com with your order number. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process — see our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Returns & Refunds

7. User Accounts

You may create an account to make ordering easier. If you do:

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, photos, and videos — is owned by Sloosh or licensed to us. It is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission
  • Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks for any commercial purpose
  • Scrape, mirror, or extract data from the Site

Limited exceptions: you may share product images and links on social media for personal, non-commercial use.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content to us (including by tagging us on social media), you grant Sloosh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You confirm that:

  • The content is original or you have the right to share it
  • It doesn't violate anyone's privacy, copyright, or other rights
  • It's not offensive, harmful, defamatory, or illegal

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at any time.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any person or group
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code

Sloosh products are designed for adult recreational use. By purchasing, you agree to:

Sloosh is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper supervision, or failure to follow product instructions.

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law.

We do not warrant that:

You may stop using the Site at any time. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
