Yes, really. Every order ships for free within the United States β no minimum, no codes, no fine print.
- Delivery time: 5β7 business days
- Cost: $0
- Tracking: included on every order
π¦ Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times start from the day your order ships, not from the day you place it. Add 1 business day for processing.
Heads up: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive on time, but carrier delays can occasionally happen β see Section 6.
π Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Hawaii (HI)
- Alaska (AK)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- US territories (Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations

π Shipping Carriers
We ship via the major US carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address and order size. You'll find your carrier and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
π Tracking Your Order
Every order includes free tracking. Once your package ships:
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Click the tracking link or enter the number on the carrier's official website
- Watch your Sloosh make its way to you βοΈ
If you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@sloosh.com.
π Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship every order quickly, some delays are out of our control:
- Carrier delays β weather, strikes, peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays)
- Address errors β make sure your shipping address is complete and correct
- Failed delivery attempts β packages may be returned to us if no one is available to receive them
- Force majeure β natural disasters, pandemics, or other events outside our control
We'll do our best to keep you updated, but we're not liable for delays caused by these factors.
β Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Email us immediately at support@sloosh.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it free of charge.
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it. You'll need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package.
Don't panic β this happens occasionally. Try this first:
- Check around your property β porches, mailboxes, side doors, garage
- Ask neighbors β packages are sometimes delivered to the wrong address
- Wait 24β48 hours β carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" prematurely
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim
If the package still doesn't show up, email support@sloosh.com and we'll help sort it out.
My package was returned to sender.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup location, we'll contact you to either:
- Reship the order (you may be charged a small reshipping fee)
- Refund the order, minus the original shipping cost
πΈ Taxes & Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. The total amount due β including any taxes β is shown before you confirm your order.
Since we only ship within the United States, no customs or import duties apply.
π Multiple Items, One Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship in the same package or in separate packages depending on availability. You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment.
You won't be charged extra for multi-package orders β shipping is always free.
π± Eco-Friendly Packaging
We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible and minimize plastic in our shipments. Every Sloosh is shipped flat-packed and compact to reduce our footprint.
